Today, May 18, the SEG plaza building in Huaqiang Bei, Shenzhen. The building and the area is home to one of the biggest electronics markets in Guangdong province with lots of foot traffic.

People inside have been immediately evacuated and firefighters arrived at the scene.
No reason has been given for the building’s shaking and twisting.
